At Anspire Hospitality, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received by Anspire Hospitality and a booking confirmation has been issued by our reservations team.

Advance Payment

To confirm your reservation, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required.

The remaining balance must be paid before check-in or as communicated by our reservation team at the time of booking.

  • Our official payment details are available on this website or will be shared by our authorized reservation team.
  • Always verify the account holder’s name before making any payment.
  • Do not transfer money to any personal account unless officially confirmed by Anspire Hospitality.
  • Keep your payment receipt or transaction reference for future communication.

Government Identification

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification during check-in as required under applicable laws.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Special Requests

Special requests such as early check-in, room preferences, extra beds, or other arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Pricing

All room rates are subject to availability and may vary depending on the season, occupancy, festivals, and promotional offers.

Taxes applicable as per Government regulations shall be charged separately wherever applicable.

Never transfer money based solely on social media messages, unofficial phone calls, or information received from unauthorized individuals. If you have any doubts regarding payment instructions, we strongly encourage you to contact our official customer support team for verification before proceeding. Anspire Hospitality shall not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from payments made to unauthorized bank accounts, fraudulent individuals, or third parties impersonating our company. For the safety and security of all guests, every guest must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in, as required under applicable laws and local regulations.
