Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy has been designed to be fair for both our guests and our hospitality partners.

Cancellation Charges

The refund amount will depend on the number of days remaining before the scheduled check-in date.

  • More than 15 days before check-in: Eligible for 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding banking or payment gateway charges).
  • 7 to 15 days before check-in: Eligible for 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • 3 to 7 days before check-in: Eligible for 25% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in or No Show: No refund will be applicable.

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, guests must inform Anspire Hospitality through one of the following official communication channels:

  • Email sent to our official email address.
  • Phone call made to our official customer support number.

Refund requests received through unofficial channels may not be processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once the cancellation request has been verified and approved by our reservations team, the refund will normally be processed within 24 to 72 hours.

Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Banking charges
  • UPI transaction charges
  • Credit/Debit card processing charges
  • Any third-party transaction fees

These charges are deducted by payment service providers and are not retained by Anspire Hospitality.

Force Majeure

Refunds may not be applicable in situations beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Landslides
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Civil unrest or emergencies

In such situations, alternative arrangements or future booking adjustments may be offered wherever possible.
